Vivek Arora joins ZEEL as Head - Alliances & Partnerships, South Asia

Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited has appointed Vivek Arora as Head - Alliances & Partnerships, South Asia. Before this he was working with TV18 Broadcast as Vice President Distribution for 3.9 years.

Prior to this, Vivek was also associated with Havas as a Project Lead where he was repsonsible for digital content and social marketing solutions for brands and generating revenue from in-house, government and public sector clients in India and SAARC region.

The annoucement was made via LinkedIn post by ZEEL official.

Vivek has worked with Disney Communications for 8.9 years as the Vice President and carried the responsibility of generating and maximizing subscription revenue and timely collections as well as managing the exit from a 15-year-old distribution JV with Sony, securing placements as well as increasing revenues and collections.

In Star, Arora was tasked with the responsibility of generating and maximising subscription revenue and timely collections from North & East India including the SAARC region besides increasing availability and reach of channels where he was also awarded as “STAR Employee” of the year in 2007.
