Walt Disney Company elevates Sudhir Shukla to head of marketing - sports

Walt Disney Company has elevated Sudhir Shukla as head of marketing for Star Sports. Shukla now will be heading marketing for the entire sports portfolio at Star Sports. 

Shukla joined Star India in 2016 as vice president and head - marketing and brand strategy and was elevated to senior vice president - cricket in Janurary 2018.

The XLRI Jamshedpur alumnus has also previously worked at Tata Consultancy Services and Mondelez, where he cemented a decade long career in sales and marketing, eventually heading the modern trade and CSD Business Unit.
