For the first time on television, &Privé HD, the premium destination for nuanced cinema, is all set to premiere, The Space Between Us, the interplanetary voyage of boy who travels from Mars to discover the enchanting life on Earth, on Saturday, October 27 at 1:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Nominated twice in the Teen Choice Award, the film is directed by Peter Chelsom and the British-Irish actor of the year nominee, Gary Oldman, plays the role of the Scientist Nathaniel Shepherd. The film also features an excellent set of actors like Janet Montgomery and Adande ‘Swoozie’ Thorne playing in supporting roles.

Shortly after arriving to help colonize Mars, an astronaut dies while giving birth to the first human born on the red planet - never revealing who the father is. Thus, begins the extraordinary life of Gardner Elliot (Asa Butterfield)- an inquisitive, highly intelligent boy with an unconventional upbringing. While searching for clues about his father and the home planet he’s never known, Gardner’s interest starts to grow. The urge to resolve his existence’s biggest mystery and witness the beauty of Earth begins to propagate. Excited to be in the real world first-hand after escaping from Mars, he takes off with Tulsa to explore the mysteries of where he belongs in the Universe, despite knowing the perils that Gardner’s existence will bring.
