WazirX partners with MoEngage to create seamless customer journeys

WazirX, one of India's leading cryptocurrency exchanges, has joined hands with MoEngage, a leading insights-led customer engagement platform, to increase the adoption of Web3 and Crypto in India. Using MoEngage’s proficiency in journey orchestration and campaign optimization, WazirX aims to build and sustain multiple digital touchpoints across their customers’ journeys and use AI-Driven insights to course-correct wherever necessary.
