Majority of agencies have defaulted in clearing publications’ dues: INS

The Indian Newspaper Society (INS), in its latest communiqué to all accredited advertising agencies, stated that on going through the MRV- 03/20 reports, it found that while a few agencies have made payments as per the INS guidelines, a very large number of agencies have defaulted in making payments to the publications.

Intel Capital, To Invest ₹ 1,894.50 Crore In Jio Platforms

Reliance Industries Ltd and Jio Platforms Ltd have announced that Intel Capital will invest ₹ 1,894.50 crore in Jio Platforms at an equity value of ₹ 4.91 lakh crore and an enterprise value of ₹ 5.16 lakh crore. Intel Capital’s investment will translate into a 0.39 per cent equity stake in Jio Platforms on a fully diluted basis. Intel Capital joins the list of marquee firms who have recently invested in Jio Platforms, taking the total investment amount to ₹ 117,588.45 crore.
