Whistling Woods Unveils State-of-the-art Media Lab

Whistling Woods International (WWI), Asia’s premier Film, Communication and Media Arts institute founded by Mr. Subhash Ghai, today announced the launch of the Foxconn Media Lab at the institute in Filmcity, Mumbai.

The media lab, made possible through a donation of media equipment by global consumer technology leader, Foxconn Technology Group, will provide over 600 students with access to cutting-edge media equipment to support their academic learning and enable them to gain practical hands-on experience working with the latest in filmmaking technology.  The launch of the Foxconn Media Lab marks a milestone in WWI’s vision and goal of preparing next-generation filmmakers who will create distinctive content for a wide range of media platforms.
