Windchimes Communications strengthens its Team-Gurgaon

With a view to strengthening its senior team, Windchimes Communications has appointed Uvika Wahi as Community Maven. After spending over seven years building expertise in social media, corporate communications and content development & management across varied sectors, Uvika, joins the Mumbai ' headquartered social media agency at their Gurgaon operations.

Prior to Windchimes, Uvika was with afaqs! ' a media & advertising news entity, managing their social media presence & website. She brings in substantial amount of experience in the e-commerce domain, having worked for startups such as Snowball eRetail Services, now benefitPLUS Media, and being involved in the conceptualization of their B2E daily-deals website and online reputation management.

Uvika, in her new role at Windchimes, hopes to not only leverage existing social media platforms in a fresh way, but to engage users positively through utilizing unconventional social media strategies. She firmly believes that effective social media only translates well when you discard affectations and emulate clients' sensibilities and that, according to her, will be key in achieving success. In her new role, she will be heading the HCL and CII businesses amongst others at Windchimes' Gurgaon operations.
