Elaborating on the concept of Fully Faltoo, Anshul Ailawadi, Head - Youth, Music and English Entertainment, Viacom18, said, “Fully Faltoo NFT is our attempt to make our legacy artworks and creative assets available for enthusiasts and people who are interested in this space. We have been tracking this for a while now and we have realised that a large part of our audience is getting interested in the world of blockchain more broadly.”

“We felt that we had an opportunity as a brand to be an early entrant and also leverage some of our inherent strength and NFT seemed like a space that was a natural fit. We partnered with GuardianLink.io and launched FullyFaltooNFT.com,” he further said.

All set to go live on February 14, 2022 the marketplace will offer ‘fully valuable’ digital art conceptualised and created by the team that brings to life iconic brands like MTV, Vh1 and Comedy Central in India.

“In the first drop, we will be releasing 3,000 artworks as a part of the Loot section, which are more versioned, and then we have 13 Rare ones, which don’t have any versions,” shared Ailawadi.

Fully Faltoo NFT has been set up by GuardianLink.io, a pioneer and innovator of NFT Technologies, and the new platform will leverage GuardianLink.io’s Anti-RIP AI Spyder technology. The technology prevents the NFT from being copied, protecting the exclusive rights of its owner which is currently a challenge in the NFT landscape.

Speaking about the partnership with Viacom18, Keyur Patel, Co-Founder & Chairman, GuardianLink.io, said, “Viacom18, especially the YME cluster group, are the early adopters of technology in terms of trend and understand GenZ very well. They had a vision to launch NFT marketplace to release the art expression from their plethora of history of MTV, and they reached out to us. We are the technology providers, we design and launch market places, create regenerative art in collaboration with creators or brands and help launch a major movement in the marketplace.”

Ailawadi added here, “GuardianLink.io was introduced to us by Tulsea, which is an agency for writers and creative talent who work across platforms, and they said that GuardianLink were good partners to associate with. We have had great partnership with them so far, as they made us aware about the technology considerations of this offering, how the platforms work, etc. So, we bring in the understanding of the consumer and the ability to market, whereas they come in hand with an already developed tech stack, so the whole process of security, the wallet, the dropping of it is managed by them.”
