As Managing Partner – Client Services, Patel will lead the account team to drive growth for local clients as well as lead the Johnson & Johnson’s account regionally. Prior to joining Wunderman Thompson, Patel led the regional hub for one of Omnicom's digital experience, CRM and creative consultancy brand's – RAPP.

Jaimesha Patel said: “With our core and ever-evolving strengths in creative, data and technology, Wunderman Thompson is well positioned to deliver consumer-focused business solutions for brands. I am excited to lead our team in inspiring growth for our clients.”

Patel will be working hand-in-hand with Mark Teal, who joins Wunderman Thompson Singapore as Head of Growth. The role will see Teal leading growth in the agency’s martech category both through new business and partnerships.

Teal brings with him 19 years of experience. Previously, Teal was Head of Business Development ASEAN in Digitas. In 2019, he moved to join Mezzo Labs, a startup data analytics consultancy as General Manager, building its business in Singapore. Over the course of his career, Teal has led key regional accounts, run consumer businesses, and achieved new business wins contributing to the three-fold increase in agency headcount.

Teal said:“Wunderman Thompson’s ability to marry e-commerce, CRM, marketing, and customer insights puts us in a unique position to help companies grow their market share and profits. I look forward to bringing our expertise together to help ensure success for all our clients.”

“We’re thrilled to have Patel and Teal join our office. We’ve been relatively quiet in the press throughout 2021, outside of new hires, but we’ve had a stellar year between new business wins and creative awards. Our bringing on Patel and Teal further signifies our commitment to our clients and people alike of our ambitions to remain on this same trajectory into 2022 and beyond.” says Nimesh Desai, CEO at Wunderman Thompson Singapore.

Desai added: “Not only will Patel and Teal bring their diverse experience and strategic knowledge to drive genuine business growth for our clients, but their fresh perspective and empathetic leadership will also serve as a spark of inspiration for our office.”

Both Patel and Teal will report to Desai.
