Xerox partners with Flipkart to launch range of cartridges

Strengthening the supplies portfolio in the country, Xerox India announced the launch of a new range of Xerox laser cartridges for HP and Canon A4 printers. Currently, With Xerox laser cartridges, enterprise and small and medium businesses (SMBs) can derive savings of more than 25% on their printing costs on their existing print devices. This is a unique/ new initiative from Xerox, as the inventor of laser printing is introducing toner cartridges for printers of other brands in India. The offering from Xerox answers the critical need in the market for high-quality toner cartridges at an affordable cost with assurance of a reputed brand and is set to revolutionize the Rs.2500 crore+ A4 consumables market.

For rapid penetration and easy availability of these products across the country, Xerox India has entered into an exclusive partnership with Flipkart, the largest e-commerce platform in India.

Commenting on the association, Vipin Tuteja, Executive Director, Technology, Channels & International Business, Xerox India said, “The Xerox branded toners and cartridges for multi-branded printers provide great savings to the customer while delivering the best quality printing. This is already a successful global business for Xerox in nearly 40 countries, and as we now bring the same value proposition to India, we are confident that the Indian customers will also adopt it.”

In the initial phase, Xerox is offering cartridges for some of the most popular HP and Canon printers (such as HP LJ1007/ 1008/ 1108/ 1106/ M1136/ M1213/ L J Pro 1566/ P1606/ P1102/ M1210/ M1212/ M1130/ M1132/ P1005/ 1006/ P1505/ 1522/ M1120/ M1522 and Canon ImageClass 6000/ LBP3018/ 3010/ 3011). The range will be extended further in the coming months to cover more models.

Xerox laser cartridges are rigorously tested for the Indian environment. These products undergo life testing in Xerox labs to ensure that cartridges meet the required quality specs from first print to last. Then, every cartridge is print tested before packaging. Periodic, random cartridge audits ensure consistent quality each and every time. Being globally sourced, these high-quality cartridges are ISO 9001 and 14001 certified and comply with IEC 19752 and IEC 19798 test protocols for page yields that ensures customers with an assured yield, same as/ equal to  OEM consumables. Xerox laser cartridges for non-Xerox printers comes with the assurance of Xerox brand; that stands for highest product quality and consistency.

Xerox laser cartridges are already available in the Indian market through Flipkart and through the Xerox partner network. The range covers the toner cartridges for large number of popular HP and Canon A4 printers and will be extended further in the coming months. The price of these products starts from Rs. 2000 onwards.
