Zee Anmol gains again whereas DD National sees a drop in ratings

According to BARC Data in Week 43: Saturday, 24th October 2015 to Friday, 30th October 2015 HSM (U+R): NCCS All Individuals, Star Plus, Zee Anmol retained their respective positions with rise in ratings.

Star Plus ratings soared to 786 million in week 43 as against 734 million in week 42.

Also Zee Anmol week 43 rating improved to large extent to 722 million as against 651 million in last week.

Colors remained on No 3 showing marginal growth in ratings from 650 million to 652 million in week 43.

Zee TV maintained its No 4 position while the ratings increased from 595 million to 647 million this week.

Life Ok rose to position of No 5 from No 6 last week and its ratings increased from 496 million to 509 million this week.

Star Utsav joined in with Life Ok and saw a rise in its position from No. 7 to No. 6 this week. It witnessed a number of 473 million last week as against 496 million this week.

Sony SAB rose two positions up from No 9 to No 7 with increase in ratings from 327 million to 374 million in week 43.

The most surprising part of data was plummeting of DD national from No. 5 to No. 8. The channel gave a rating of 365 million in week 43 as against 522 million in last week.  The drop can be attributed to break in India-South Africa matches

Sony Entertainment TV also saw a drop from No. 8 to No. 9 this week as ratings fell to 333 million as against 348 million last week.

Though Rishtey stayed back at No. 10 position as last week, its ratings plunged to 313 million whereas it reported 268 million last week.
