Zee launches a new show 'Sanjog Se Bani Sangini'
Raising the bar of expectations even higher, the show's cast boasts of veterans like Aruna Irani & Sudha Chandran playing pivotal roles. Commenting on the channel's latest offering, Mr. Nitin Vaidya, Business Head- Zee TV & COO- ZEEL said, "Sangini is a very different and unique love story. Iqbal Khan with his intense, brooding charm was the only face we could visualize as Rudra. Binny Sharma, with her fresh spunk and spontaneity, will bring you a Gauri you will fall in love with. The two share a sparkling chemistry that is only to be seen to be believed. With such apt casting of the main leads, the picturesque Haridvar as a backdrop, stalwarts like Aruna Ji & Sudha Chandran, a plot that is riveting, here's a show we are confident will strike an instant chord with the audience!"
Playing Rudra, the man jilted in love, is none other than heartthrob Iqbal Khan who returns to the small screen after a hiatus of 2 years. Speaking of his much-awaited come-back, Iqbal said, "It's great to be back! The new role excites me because it's nothing that I have attempted so far. I loved the character when I heard the script and I hope the audience loves him just as much!"
