Zynga sets up it's farm in Bangaluru, 1st office outside US

Zynga game Network Inc ' it is two and a half year old San Francisco based Technology Company which has made popular games like ' Farmville and Mafia Wars on Facebook. It has about 20 games hosted across social networking web sites like - Facebook and Apple Inc.'s iPhone. The company feels proud of themselves as it has more than 235 million monthly active gamers globally.

As per media reports, Cadir Lee, chief technology officer (CTO) on the increase in number of users said, "We expect the user base to double in a year."

As reported by media, Shan Kadavil, country manager, Zynga's (India) on the company expansion said, "We will hire 100 engineers and computer scientists over the next year in Bangalore. The India staff will build back end infrastructure and store data."

Kadavil added, "The Company also plans to set up a game studio in Bangalore that will develop games from scratch. And, they chose Bangalore due to its high quality talent and a growing online population."
