Article 370: Unraveling Modi's Tough Decision Through Political Drama

Based on Modi Sarkar's abrogation of  special status granted to Jammu & Kashmir, Article 370 is an engaging account of the politic as well as the germinating factor behind the tough decision to undo a past wrong!!

Yami Gautam plays an agent, recruited in to NIA's secret mission by the PMO head (Priya Mani), with the task to rein in terrorism plaguing Kashmir. "It's actually a well oiled business..", she informs her boss at one point. How true!!

After directing the trendsetting Uri (2019), Aditya Dhar turns producer here and helms a just as thrilling political drama, giving you a highly insightful depiction of Prime Minister Modi's seemingly impossible decision regarding Kashmir's special status. Everything from the legal aspects (the "missing" sub-clause d) to secrecy (confusing the inquisitive media) are interestingly and accurately detailed.

Assuredly, Yami and Priya are fantastic. They are the main leads oh, yea and both shine!! Arun Govil makes a good Narendra Modi and the way he outsmarts the opposition in to passing the controversial bill, is delightful to watch on screen. Some libtards and pseudo seculars may quickly tag the movie as propoganda, which in that case will make their favourites Haider (2014) and Raazi (2018) just as much reverse propoganda, if not worse!!!

Article 370 is a cleverly crafted retelling of a recent historical event, which changed the DNA of Kashmir permanently...and for the better. It blends in politics and action seamlessly to provide you ample entertainment in its two hours forty minutes duration. And yup, it surely deserves a theatrical watch!!
