Balaji's new show to be launched on Imagine

So what's going on with Balaji Telefilms and Ekta Kapoor's fetish for the letter "K'? Seems like sanity has prevailed. Somewhat. Balaji Telefilms ' a production house promoted by Tusshar, Jeetendra, Shobha and Ekta Kapoor ' has, till now, produced a number of famous, but often considered dreary by many (especially by the male of human species), serials in India. Balaji Telefilms has, with those annoyingly stupid (I am a man; and I am opinionated) efforts, managed to become the largest television production house in South Asia, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

And the girl behind this immense success ' Ekta Kapoor ' has a fascination with the letter "K". It is believed to be lucky for Ekta Kapoor and most of her productions have had names starting with the letter "K".

But apparently, the producers aren't happy with the time-slot given to the new TV show. Madhok said, "Earlier in this slot we have had 1-1.5 ratings so if we cross anything beyond that, we will achieve our targets."

The creative brainchild behind Balaji Telefilm, Ekta Kapoor, also spoke about the time slot given to the show. She said that even with Kyonki saas bhi kabhi bahu thi, the time slot given to them was most rarest slot of 10.30 pm and everyone including the channel was wondering how will it work. But well, the show went on to be one of the all time hits (much to our agony), so Ekta believes that no time slots can ever promise you anything.
