Colors surpasses Star Plus to become No 1

Colors have surpassed Star Plus to become number 1 in the Hindi general Entertainment (GEC) according to the new BARC ratings.

The top rated shows on Colors for the week were Swargini, Sasural Simar ka, Meri aashiqui tumse hi, Udaan and Balika Vadhu.

As per the new data for the week, Colors gained viewership of 360494 thousand whereas Star Plus got 359509 thousand. Zee came 3^rd whereas Life OK and SAB came 4^th and 5^th respectively.
