Ignitee bags online business for Abbott's brand, Digene

India's leading digital marketing company, Ignitee, has bagged the account for online business for Abbott labs and will be taking care of the brand, Digene. Abbott is a global, broad-based health care company that takes pride in discovering new medicines, new technologies and new ways to manage health. Abbott's products span the continuum of care, from nutritional products and laboratory diagnostics through medical devices and pharmaceutical therapies.

Abbott Laboratories was founded by Chicago physician Wallace Calvin Abbott in 1888. With a 122-year heritage, Abbott today sits at over $29 billion in revenue. Having appointed Ignitee as the online agency for their brand Digene, Abbott will expect Ignitee to handle all aspects of online media and other creative activities to take the brand forward.

We have created an interesting landing page and the media plan per say is very robust and its targetted the end user very effectively. We have currently started only with online media yet not clear on other forms of 360-degree plans. I must say it is a very good first time innovation."
