Rediffusion-Y&R ropes in Kavita Kailas

Kavita Kailas has joined Rediffusion Y&R and has been apointed as the planning head, Mumbai.

Kavita who started her career in 1999 has a diverse experience from financial services to FMCG to social services.

She started her career with Advertising Avenues and has worked with brands like Mc Donald's, Axe, Clinic, Lifebuoy, P & G feminine and Hygiene care and HDFC Standard Life Insurance Private Ltd.

She has also worked on creating awareness on Aids in India and has managed the execution of the Balbir Pasha- Aids awareness campaign.
