Star Plus remains at No-1 but Colors sees growth too!

According to the recent BARC rating Star Plus saw an increase in viewership with Saath Nibhaana Saathiya regaining its position as the number 1 show again.

BARC India rolls outs individual viewership data of week 39 from September 26-2 October 2015. The recent data saw Star Plus reigning at number 1 with increase in viewership this week. Viacom18 Colors which saw a steep decline in viewership last week, saw an increase in viewership this week. Zee TV retaining its position at number 3 saw a decline in viewership this week in comparison to last week. Life OK and Sony Sab which came fourth and fifth respectively saw a decline in the viewership this week.

Retaining its position at number 1 is Star Plus which saw an increase in viewership from 409 million GVTs last week to 425 million GVTs this week. Saath Nibhaana Saathiya and Diya aur baati became the most watched show on the channel whereas Saath Nibhaana Saathiya retained its position at number 1 on the chart.

Coming second on the chart is Viacom18 Colors which saw its viewership increase to 392 million GVTs this week in comparison to 380 million GVTs last week. Swaragini and Sasural Simar Ka were the most watched show on the channel.

Zee TV which is steady at its position at number 3 saw a decline in viewership from 272 million GVTs last week to 236 million GVTs this week. Kumkum Bhagya which came second on the chart still remains the most watched show on this channel.

Life OK on the other hand saw a decline in viewership this week. Coming at number 4 it viewership fell to 233 million GVTs this week from 237 million GVTs last week.

At number 5 is Sab TV which also saw a decline in viewership from 190 million GVTs last week to 180 million GVTs this week.
