Could you share the key milestones that led you to where you are today in the industry?
Our professional paths initially diverged as we pursued careers in different companies, each contributing to our growth and expertise in distinct ways. However, our shared turning point emerged when we decided to embark on our entrepreneurial journey. This pivotal moment led to the birth of Digixpressions, a venture rooted in the dynamic nature of the digital world. As the name suggests, it is built on the foundation of an ever-evolving landscape, just like a digital express, chiefly aimed at empowering brands to thrive in an increasingly competitive market.

Digixpressions stands as a promising market leader in digital advertising and marketing solutions, showcasing it dynamism, as a digital marketing company. Driven by its vision to fuel business growth, the company offers services, ranging from digital intelligence, search engine optimization, performance marketing, content marketing, app growth solutions, influencer marketing, and funnel Media Buying to branding assistance, marketing analytics, and hyperlocal solutions.

In your experience, what are some common challenges that young professionals face when starting their careers and how can they overcome them?

One of the common challenges observed among today’s youth is the lack of clarity regarding their professional paths. This ambiguity often stems from the abundance of choices available in various industries, leading to confusion. Additionally, many young professionals prioritise monetary gains over their personal and professional development, overlooking the invaluable importance of continuous learning and growth. The youth must grasp one fundamental truth: knowledge serves as the cornerstone for all aspects of success. Furthermore, in our rapidly evolving technological landscape, staying updated with industry advancements and consistently upgrading one’s skill set is highly suggested for remaining competitive and relevant in the field.

How do you stay updated on the latest trends and developments, and what resources or strategies would you recommend to young professionals, seeking for the same?

As a digital marketer, we recognized the limitations in the industry, which led to the foundation of Digixpressions. We identified the need for alternative and new-age marketing solutions that prioritized organic, innovative, and effective channels and help clients reach the right target audience and optimize their acquisition cost along with keeping the high rate of growth intact. As professionals, we stay updated with the industry challenges and keep looking for innovative solutions, which can help change the ROI dynamics for clients. We specialise in services like full-stack digital marketing solutions, performance-driven campaigns, strategic consulting, brand strategy development, customer experience optimization, and data analytics and insights, which address the pressing needs of businesses, ensuring they remain competitive and adaptive in this dynamic environment.

One recommendation for the youth is to read – read about what is going on in the world, in the industry. As mentioned above, it is important to upgrade the skill set from time to time.

What led you to pursue a leadership role at a young age, and what are your long-term leadership goals?

My pursuit for a leadership role is a result of the combination of ambition, passion for my field, and a desire to make a positive impact. My long-term leadership goals include bringing in a culture of constant innovation within the organization and constantly upgrading our employees, so that we can create future leaders from them in the longer run.

What strategies do you use to motivate and inspire your team members or peers?

From humble beginnings in a call centre’s backyard with just three members, Digixpressions has grown into a 100-strong team. Our journey, marked by excellence for top national brands, taught us the vital role of client trust in driving new opportunities. Hard work has been our steadfast companion, revealing the irreplaceable nature of diligence. This ethos forms the bedrock of our values, and we want to instil the same values into our team. We believe that alongside hard work, a balanced personal and professional life is the true compass guiding one’s journey to success.

What initiatives have you taken to develop your leadership skills and knowledge?

We have been guided by good leaders, in our professional journey, who have instilled leadership qualities within us. Also meeting, interacting, and engaging with industry leaders, have helped us shape ourselves as leaders. We have learnt a lot of qualities from them, starting from corporate behaviour to soft skills, attended workshops, seminars which have also helped us shape our corporate personality. Most importantly, our confidence in our work has helped us become the entrepreneurs that we are today.

What advice would you offer to aspiring young professionals aspiring to leadership positions?

My advice to aspiring young professionals is to focus on personal and professional development, build strong relationships, and be proactive in seeking out opportunities, which they truly want to do. It is important to embrace challenges as learning opportunities and continuously strive to improve.
