Lay's embarks on influencer outreach to praise 'Heartwork'

In the beginning of the month June, snacks brand Lays launched their ‘Heartwork’ campaign to thank farmers, factory workers, truck drivers, distributors, sales force, retailers, and delivery executives, and the millions of other unsung heroes who have brought joy to Indians.

The brand has undertaken a massive social media outreach to make digital natives aware of the contribution of India’s frontline workers. Lay’s has changed the display pictures of all their social media handles to reflect their gratitude to farmers who are putting in all the ‘Heartwork’.

In appreciation of their efforts, Shehnaz Gill of Bigg Boss 13 fame shared a tribute to ‘Heartwork’ heroes via her Instagram handle. She sang ‘Yeh Heartwork Kehlata Hai’ anthem which was liked by 3 million people and received 24,000 comments till date. Punjabi Singer and Actor Jassie Gill also joins in, to sing the 'Heartwork' anthem, thus, bringing the message to his millions of followers.

Lay’s India works with over 24,000 farmers, 4300 factory workers, 2400 distributors, 6.5 lakh retailers, and 5000 sales staff, who are proudly delivering joy across the country each day.
