Vadhera’s decades of experience as a global beauty authority and an award-winning formulator developing exclusive products for Hollywood’s A-list stars and world-famous movie and television studios generated a media reach of over 130 million fans. She has spent years as a consultant and product developer for some of the biggest beauty brands in the world and is considered to be one of the most powerful women in beauty in the United States. 

Vadhera and Ready Set Jet’s mission is to empower women in India by providing them with the tools to become experts in the fields of beauty and skincare, secure employment in the industry and eventually launch businesses of their own, across India. Vadhera is excited to launch with India’s #1 beauty retailer to bring the best beauty experience to the Indian consumer.

Vadhera’s work and significant efforts in recent years to empower women resulted in her receiving the Mahatma Gandhi Award at the British Parliament in the House of Lords in 2017.  Upon receiving the award, she felt the need to use beauty for a higher purpose and this facilitated the birth of Ready Set Jet. Vadhera wanted to use everything she had learned and pay it forward, so she launched the Ready Set Jet Academy for Impact to help lessen the burden of poverty on women while also bringing women in India the tools to learn, earn and launch careers. The social impact generated by Vadhera’s mission and legacy will inspire women to succeed by using beauty as a vehicle for global change.

After a year of careful planning, product development, market research and identifying the right partners, Vadhera is currently in Mumbai to officially launch the brand with Nykaa in India. The Ready Set Jet product line brings India a first of its kind hybrid product technology with its Beauty Batons - easy to use multi-taskers that solve modern-day beauty challenges. Every product is formulated as double duty beauty with a purpose with high performing skincare and color that easily fit in the range of worldly skin tones across India and in the smallest of carry-on bags for women wanting to Ready Set Jet into their day - no matter the destination.
