Tesco launched "Tesco’s tomorrow made by you”

Tesco Bengaluru started its journey in 2004 and today they are almost 4500 strong across Tesco Business Services and Tesco Technology. While the world altered its course with Covid, there was a complete change in the way people wanted to live and work. That lead the way Tesco had to think of what was best for their colleagues. Tesco adapted, as did the rest of the world to this new found change but also wanted to keep the conversation relevant and meaningful for their colleagues who were looking to join.

This new campaign “ Tesco’s tomorrow made by you” is forward looking in its essence. In every length and breadth of the campaign, Tesco reel in the fact that they work on technologies and solutions that cater to Tesco’s tomorrow. The lines are playful and fun keeping in mind the audience and the visual influences have symbols or atoms juxtaposing real colleagues from Tesco. The global (India, UK, Hungary and Poland) campaign captures the sentiments of colleagues from across Tech space, real people, real stories with real impact. It is simple yet powerful and minimalistic in its execution.
