Twitter launches its New and Upgraded TweetDeck

Twitter launches the first stage of testing the first new and upgraded TweetDeck. In January, it initially flagged an upcoming update for TweetDeck. Twitter also hinted at possible paid feature add-ons for the platform within its evolving subscription offerings.

The social media platform has also launched a live test of the new look TweetDeck.  TweetDeck comprises a full Tweet Composer, updated search features, new column types, and new ways to group your columns into 'Decks' to expand your usage.

This allows the scope for re-sizing and shifting your columns. You can also build new 'Decks,” which allows you to create a new series of columns that will then be presented on a secondary dashboard, accessible via sidebar options.  With Twitter expanding its functionality, it is also essential for the platform to offer better analytical tools.

The new version of TweetDeck is currently only available to a small group of randomly selected people in the United States, Canada, and Australia. Eligible users will receive an invitation within their TweetDeck dashboard.
