Rediffusion appoints Bhautik Mithani as CFO

Rediffusion - Y&R has appointed Bhautik Mithani as the chief financial officer. Bhautik Mithani was earlier the CFO of TME, the media arm of Rediffusion - Y&R.

During Bhautik first stint with Rediffusion, he introduced uniform accounts coding systems in five centers across the country for consolidation of accounts and generation of consolidated MIS reports.

Before re-joining Rediffusion - Y&R, Bhautik was working with Prana Studios where he was vice president, finance. Bhautik was responsible there for introducing new systems and processes. He also played an important role in the implementation of Forex Strategy to hedge against Forex fluctuations. He has also worked with Euro RSCG and Audit Firms - M/s Aneja Associates at Mumbai.
