Akshara And Sandhya Come Together To Nab Trafficking Group!

We will soon witness Star Plus’ two most popular bahu’s coming together to save the day. Sandhya from Diya Aur Baati Hum and Akshara from Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hain will come together for a cause. While the story line will showcase Naira getting abducted by a group of kidnappers, the two protagonists will be seen coming together for her rescues.

This is not all Deepika who recently had recently hurt her-self actually came back to shoot in full form to be a part of this sequence. Talking about this sequence Deepika said, "It is a lot of fun shooting with Akshara and Naitik. They are very good actors and co-stars. The two of them were very sensitive about my injury and took very good care during the shoot along with the production. I believe that no matter what happens the show must go on. The regular training and the workouts have actually helped me heal so well and come back on the field with all my action sequences."

 A sensitive Deepika further added, “Many girls in the country are getting kidnapped and trafficked and are found in horrible conditions. It is very disturbing to read about all this in news.  Since I am playing the role of an IPS officer I have always wanted to do something in the show which could highlight this crime. I am glad that I am getting this small opportunity to spread awareness."
