Amish’s six fiction books in the HT-Nielsen BookScan Top 10

Known as an author who has charmed both the classes and the masses, author Amish has now scripted a new chapter in Indian publishing history. His landmark achievement sees him as the very first author in Indian publishing history to have all his six fiction books simultaneously in the top 10 of the reputed HT-Nielsen BookScan national bestseller list. As per the data sets released for the week of 27 July 2019 all his six fiction books namely Raavan-Enemy of Aryavrata, Sita-Warrior of Mithila, Ram-Scion of Ikshvaku, The Immortals of Meluha, The Secret of the Nagas and The Oath of the Vayuputras have made it to the top 10 chart of the weekly book scan.

Published by Westland (an Amazon company), Amish’s The Shiva Trilogy (The Immortals of Meluha, The Secret of the Nagas and The Oath of the Vayuputras) is the fastest-selling book series in Indian publishing history, while the Ram Chandra Series (Raavan-Enemy of Aryavrata, Sita-Warrior of Mithila, Ram-Scion of Ikshvaku) is the second fastest-selling book series in Indian publishing history.  With an ever-increasing fan base, Amish's books have been translated & published worldwide into 19 Indian and International languages & have more than 5 million copies in print, making him one of the most influential public intellectuals in India. Amish was recently listed among the 50 most powerful Indians by the India Today magazine. He has won numerous awards, including the Ustad Bismillah Khan Award for contribution to culture.
