Anju Nigam appointed as Joint Secretary, MIB

Anju Nigam, a 1988 batch Indian Postal Service officer, has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. She was earlier Postmaster General, Visakhapatnam Region.

Her appointment is part of the reshuffle of 16 Joint Secretary-level officers effected by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet.

Nigam’s appointment is for a period of five years.
