Ankita Upadhyay joins Alstom India as Head of Corp Communication

Ankita Upadhyay has joined Alstom as Corporate Communications Director, India. In this role she will be a part of the India Leadership team and will head the Communications function for Alstom India. She will be responsible for overall reputation management and brand awareness for Alstom in India with her remit spanning across Corporate Communications, Internal Communications, Employer Branding and Social Media engagement and growth. 

 

In her career spanning more than 15 years, she has spear-headed multi-market communications and marketing mandates for large multinationals as well as  midscale companies and high-growth startups. She has catalyzed business and reputational impact through her expertise in corporate communications, marketing communications, media relations, crisis management and employer branding across technology, automotive and telecom sectors. In her career she has held pivotal roles at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., LocoNav Inc. and Edelman India. She has also led communications mandates for companies such as HP Inc., Microsoft, Truecaller, British Council, etc. in her role at Edelman India.
