Your favourite superheroes, Ben 10 and Chhota Bheem do it all - they fly, turn into aliens and eat laddoos for super strength all to save the day! But now, they will run to help save the lives of countless Indian girl children of the Nanhi Kali Foundation. Ben 10 (from Cartoon Network) and Chhota Bheem (from POGO) will join forces to run in the Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon - Dream Run to support the Nanhi Kali Foundation on Sunday, January 15, 2012 in Mumbai.

Monica Tata, General Manager ' General Manager, Entertainment Networks, South Asia, Turner International India said, "Our main aim at Cartoon Network and POGO is to create characters and shows that inspire kids to be courageous, noble and kind. With Chhota Bheem and Ben 10 participating in the Standard Chartered Marathon to support the Nanhi Kali Foundation, we hope to reinforce these values by leading by example. We are humbled and proud to be a part of such a noble cause."

Sheetal Mehta, Trustee and Executive Director, K.C. Mahindra Education Trust said "Though India has fared well economically, the status of social indicators such as female literacy is lagging behind in comparison to other countries. Project Nanhi kali provides educational support to underprivileged girls in India. Turner International supports our cause by running in Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon with Cartoon Network's Ben 10 and Pogo's Chhota Bheem. This would encourage the younger generation to be part of the change that we look forward to."
