BIG FM Delhi appoints Paikar Jamal as programming head
Paikar will be at the hub of all the action, leading the Delhi programming team to putting forth a creative mix for the city, treating listeners to pioneering programming initiatives in radio entertainment. In her new role, Paikar will report to Ashwin Padmanabhan, Station Head of the Delhi Station.

Paikar brings with her a rich experience spanning 13 years in radio programming across both the Indian and international markets. Prior to joining 92.7 BIG FM, Paikar was with Arabian Radio Network (network of International FM Stations) in the capacity of a Senior Producer, also playing the role of a jock for their most popular program "bend it like city" and was based out of Dubai. At the age of 4 she joined All India Radio as a child artist in Urdu service, western music section and yuv vani followed after. In the year 1998 Paikar was associated with AIR FM Rainbow India, thereby joining AIR FM Gold where she was handling prime time shows. Her ability to create exciting and revolutionary programming got her acclaim from "Dubai ' the city that cares" for the radio campaign in support of the government initiative for charity.
