Bloomberg UTV's Deepak Lamba embarks on a new journey as President BCCL!

Deepak Lamba who recently quit Bloomberg UTV, has now joined Bennett Coleman & Company Ltd as President. Deepak quit Bloomberg UTV in April this year.

 

Although Deepak Lamba was not available for comment; sources close to the development have confirmed the news. Deepak will be driving a few new businesses for BCCL in areas such as financial education, and a couple of B2B businesses , revealed a source. Deepak Lamba will be reporting to Vineet Jain.

 

Deepak , who had joined Bloomberg UTV in 2010 had at the time of his resignation asserted that  he would continue to be in the media space and would join a media conglomerate soon  at a senior level.

 

Deepak Lamba has completed his MBA from the Pune University . His tryst with media began with Hungama.com where he spent more than four years. Later on, he worked as the Director of Viacom Brand Solution and worked with MTV India for six and a half years.
