The upcoming consecration ceremony of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya, scheduled for January 22, marks one of the most expensive religious projects in recent Indian history, with an estimated cost of Rs 1,800 crore. This significant undertaking has sparked a wave of developmental activities in Ayodhya, leading to the emergence of hotels and housing projects in the city. According to media reports searches for Ayodhya on MakeMyTrip increased by 1806% since the inauguration announcement.

Capitalizing on the cultural moment, various brands have actively joined the movement. In addition to leveraging moment marketing through social media posts, many companies have initiated campaigns and services specifically tied to the consecration ceremony, aligning their offerings with this historic event.

As mentioned earlier  MakeMyTrip reported an increased by 1806% since the inauguration announcement. In thier recent social media post, there has been a 97% growth in searches for spiritual destinations on the platform in the last two years.
