Chef Vikas Khanna and VAHDAM® India collaborate for 'Bungalow' in New York

VAHDAM® India, one of the country’s largest home-grown Indian teas and wellness brand, bringing India’s finest teas and spices across the world, collaborates with Michelin Star Chef Vikas Khanna for the launch of his newest culinary endeavor, 'Bungalow.' The latest restaurant aims to transport diners on an epicurean journey across India's 28 states, showcasing timeless recipes and innovative twists curated by Chef Vikas Khanna himself.

Situated in the vibrant heart of New York City's East Village, 'Bungalow' officially opened its doors to eager diners on March 23rd, boasting an exquisitely curated menu of multiregional Indian cuisine.

As a testament to the collaboration's depth, diners at 'Bungalow' will have the opportunity to savor and even take home an exclusive spice blend, 'Garam Masala,' meticulously crafted for this partnership. This bespoke offering embodies the essence of VAHDAM®'s commitment to quality and authenticity, elevating the dining experience to new heights.

VAHDAM® India's single origin spices were also featured as giveaways in a Bungalow preview lunch with Michelen star chefs from across the USA - truly putting India on the map.

All VAHDAM® India’s collection of spices are sourced garden-fresh, packaged at VAHDAM India’s BRC Certified facility, and shipped directly to consumers. All the spices are single-origin from states and regions that are known for high-quality products.

This collaboration builds upon VAHDAM® India's successful foray into the spice market, marked by the appointment of Michelin-awarded chef Vikas Khanna as its esteemed brand ambassador in March 2023. Since then, VAHDAM® has introduced a diverse range of 25 single-origin spices tailored specifically for the discerning palate of the US market.
