Competition heats up in MasterChef Tamil kitchen this weekend
Things are heating up pretty fast in the MasterChef Kitchen as this weekend the home cooks are set to undertake their very first mystery box challenge. Followed by the much-anticipated mystery box round, this weekend the show will also put to test the talents of selected home cooks in a pressure test curated by in-house Chef & Judge Koushik. It is going to be an uphill climb for the contenders as the pressure test will also conclude with the show’s first elimination from the selected 14 contestants. Produced by Innovative Film Academy in association with Endemol Shine, the show will be on-air every Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 PM to 10:30 PM on Sun TV.
The iconic mystery box is one of the most popular artifacts in the MasterChef Kitchen. This round would present the contestants with a box of mystery ingredients, using which they are expected to present an elevated dish to the judges. The contestants would have to capture their imagination on a plate to serve an aromatic rich meal. The winners of the challenge would proceed to the safe zone (to the balcony).
The remaining contenders would advance to the pressure test where they will overcome another culinary obstacle placed in front of them by Chef Koushik Shankar, and stay in the competition. The last man standing would be eliminated.
