Content creators welcome Threads, call it a valuable platform to share thoughts

Though launched less than a week ago, Meta’s Threads platform has emerged as a powerful platform that is capturing the attention of creators and influencers in the realm of social media. In this very short span of time, Threads has gained popularity among content creators seeking to enhance their online presence.

Despite the challenges of managing multiple platforms, creators and influencers employ organisational tools and prioritise platforms based on their audience and content style to effectively manage their online presence.

Adgully reached out to some influencers to know about their experience on Threads.

Anshu Bisht aka Gamer Fleet, a gaming content creator, shared that Threads has her interested as it seems like a fascinating app that offers unique opportunities for personal expression and audience engagement. “Since downloading it, I have been actively exploring its features and have found it to be a valuable platform for sharing my personal thoughts, seeking recommendations, and establishing deeper connections with my target audience. As a creator, I am constantly seeking innovative ways to connect with my audience, and Threads has provided me with a fresh avenue for personalised and intimate interactions.”

Bisht further said that while she is still in the process of determining the optimal amount of time to dedicate to the platform and the most effective ways to utilise its capabilities, she remains focused on nurturing her existing community of beloved audiences on YouTube and Instagram, platforms where she has built a strong and loyal following over time. “Nonetheless, I am excited to see how Threads evolves and how it can complement my existing social media presence, opening up new possibilities for connection and audience engagement,” she added.

For DJ Shaan, Threads is a platform that gives him a lot of freedom to be who he truly is without worrying about “how I would look”. “It creates a great place for conversation, being open, and being entertained,” he added.

In a similar vein, Aditya Kumar aka Addy, too, said that Threads is a platform where one can be who they are by just posting their thoughts. “It feels safe and it gives an impression that no one is judging anyone!,” he maintained.

“I believe a major contributing factor is the ability to engage in Threads’ conversations,” said Nagma Mirajkar, Nofiltr. Group, adding, “While Instagram is great for sharing photos and videos, Threads allows me to truly express my authentic self by sharing candid, lighthearted, and humorous thoughts. It seems that the audience appreciates the relatability of my content, making it a wholesome combination of videos and meaningful discussions.”
