Disney Star sports promotes Harry Griffith as Head of Rights Acquisition Syndication

Harry Griffith has been promoted as Head of Rights Acquisition & Syndication on at Disney Star (Sports). In a social media message, he verified the development. Since November 2021, he has been in this position. Harry will report to Sanjog Gupta, who heads Sports for Disney Star.

In addition to his present role as head of worldwide syndication and sales for sports, Griffith will have new duties for rights acquisition and key licensor partnerships.
Since July 2015, Griffith has been a member of the Disney Star Sports squad. He began his career in the sales department before moving on to the global syndication of sports rights.
Griffith has handled difficult talks in the Middle East and negotiated rights agreement renewals all around the world in the previous year.
