Doraemon launches Kiddy Land at DLF Place, Saket
DLF Place mall head, Benu Sehgal and Sunayana Chibba hosted an evening of fun and frolic to announce the opening of much awaited Summer Carnival for kids at the mall today. The month long soiree of activities was flagged off by the Launch of the cool kids’ fun zone – The Kiddy Land and a cute meet and greet session with every child’s favorite gadget cat “Doraemon”.
DLF Place will treat all its little patrons to Doraemon workshops and activities that would include bowling, Doraemon mask making with paper plates, Doraemon guess the gadget, creating jumbo Doraemon cut outs with newspapers, Doraemon paint activity, Doraemon pop up cards with paper folding and pasting, cookie craft with Doraemon color palette, creating Doraemon and friends' mobile hangings amongst many more all through the month (May19th – June 19th).
It was sight to die for, when little kids freaked out of their minds and met their buddie ‘Doraemon’. All the smiles on those cute faces were brought in by ‘Sunayana Chibba' & the mall head of ‘DLF Place, Saket ‘Benu Sehgal’. By bringing in the big blue gizmo cat ‘Doraemon’, they made it a day for the kids in the mall. The gadget cat ‘Doraemon’ paid a visit at the launch of ‘Kiddyland’ in the mall. The launch was attended by big socialite ladies of Delhi with their kids. Few of them were Sheena Jain, Preeti Ghai, Tanisha Mohan & Swati Sood.
It was party time for all the kids at the launch. The ‘Kiddyland’ inauguration was done by cutting a Kiddy Land cake which was followed by a number of meet & greet sessions with ‘Doraemon’. Explaining the motive behind the event Benu Sehgal, said ‘Since the summer vacations are just round the corner, we wanted to do something for the little ones by bringing ‘Doraemon’ out of television to meet them. We invited Doreamon to India because this gadget cat is a character which has been fascinating kids and their parents alike’.
