Leading global hospitality brand, BridgeStreet has announced a partnership with real estate player, Logix group to manage 800 luxury service apartments in Noida. The new franchisee, Logix Group, will brand its apartments at the La Premiere development as BridgeStreet Serviced Apartments.  Founded in 1996, BridgeStreet offers residences, serviced apartments and suites for travelers seeking a hotel alternative. It currently has a proprietary inventory of over 4,000 units in major business centers in the Americas and Europe and ready access to another 50,000 units through global alliance members and franchisees in four continents. Speaking to Adgully, Sean Worker, Chief Executive Officer, BridgeStreet said, “globally we truly have become recognized as the leading hotel alternative. India is a key focus for BridgeStreet as it increases the scope of its supply chain globally. Our entry into the market signifies our belief in long-term success in India.”
 
The company is bullish on India and is planning to set up presence in different Indian cities going ahead. Adds Worker, “India will continue to expand and grow. With 55O mn people under 25, the demand on the economy to satisfy their aspirations will place a great deal of economic pressure on the key cities in particular. It's all about Jobs.” He sees vertical hotel and hospitality brand products such as Bridgestreet as having continued upside to satisfy this growth with economy brands dominating and strong 4 Star value brands taking a new place to satisfy the emerging middle class. Bridgestreet's tiered brand approach is ideally positioned to satisfy the extended stay experience. 
 
BridgeStreet is focusing on expansion into India in seven major cities, including Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Kolkata, Pune, and Delhi. Say’s Worker, “We’ll iincrease our footprint through smart, carefully targeted growth and strategic partnerships. Apart from a huge domestic population, there is a natural customer traffic flow between the USA, Europe, India, Australia Singapore and China that we will continue to support and grow to service.”
 
The company will utilize its industry-leading distribution system and global sales and marketing channels to drive customer traffic. With a 5-star, 4-star and 3-star offering, BridgeStreet has the right product to accommodate a range of travelers and budgets. It has a pricing pattern that is similar to hotels and is based on the local market.
