Executive board of Swafe BPM picks Manu Raj as COO

Swafe BPM announced the appointement of Manu Raj as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of their company. In this new role, Raj oversees the quality and timeliness of SWAFE services to our clients. Raj comes with a operational experience of 16 year in large MNC's like Accenture, Sitel India and Transworks Services. He was at the leadership role in capability development & customer service delivery operations in Accenture Services, Mumbai, before accepting this role.
