FCB Interface elevates Gaurav Dudeja as CEO, as Joemon Thaliath retires

Gaurav Dudeja has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer at FCB Interface, part of FCB Group India. Prior to this, he has been Chief Operating Officer. He had joined the agency in December 2022.

In addition to this news, FCB Interface has announced the retirement of Joemon Thaliath, Vice Chairman and CEO. In a release issued, the agency said that Thaliath’s role as a founding partner of FCB Interface has been pivotal, and his contributions have been foundational to the agency’s journey.

With his exceptional business acumen, Dudeja has led and fostered successful client partnerships. As he steps up in a new role as CEO, he will drive strategic direction and execution, working closely with senior management team to enhance market position and foster growth across all business operations.

With over 23 years in the industry, Dudeja brings the expertise of building and leading high-performing marketing communication teams. He has earlier essayed leadership roles across advertising and marketing at Leo Burnett, Fortis Healthcare, Philips India and DDB Mudra.
