Former Scotland Yard detective Neil Whitbread joins FACT

Former Scotland Yard detective Neil Whitbread has joined FACT as Investigations Manager. FACT, pioneers in IP protection, investigations, and private prosecutions, offers high-quality services in due diligence, investigations, and digital forensics to clients in the UK and internationally. With a distinguished background as a former Scotland Yard detective, Neil brings over two decades of expertise in specialist serious and organised crime units. His extensive experience includes leading complex investigations and managing intelligence and critical risks across multiple jurisdictions. Since leaving policing, Neil has worked on numerous projects in local government, leading regulatory and compliance investigations, and as an Investigations and Intelligence Consultant for global corporate investigations. Neil has also project-managed due diligence, intelligence, and risk advisory services to professional global football clubs and governing bodies. In his role at FACT, Neil will focus on corporate investigations, intelligence analysis, and enhanced due diligence, leveraging his wealth of experience to ensure FACT continues to deliver top-tier services to our clients.
