Kshirsagar is an alumnus of the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur, where he honed his Master of Technology (M.Tech) and holds an Executive MBA in International Business from the esteemed Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) Delhi.
