Viewers took to social media complaining for two consecutive days that the match lost its audio feed.

Users, through various posts and tweets, have expressed disappointment with their experience of watching IPL 2023 on Jio Cinema.

The glitch does not only include audio feeds, but buffering issues, sound problems, screening problems, brightness, pixelates and many more.

Jiocinema faced similar criticism for the poor live streaming of FIFA World Cup.

JioCinema has acknowledged the issues, and recommended upgrading the app to improve the viewing experience while promising to work towards better fan experience.
