Grofer CEO responds to the backlash on 10 minute delivery vision
Grofers was accused of exploitation of delivery partners after the backlash against Zomato's ad. Twitter trolls have remarked on how these companies take advantage of unrealistic commitments and ask partners to put their lives in danger.
Dhindsa, the Cofounder & CEO, executive of newly-minted unicorn e-grocery startup Grofers, took to Twitter on Saturday to clear the air about the company's 10-minute express delivery model, amid mounting social media criticism about the pressure that on-demand deliveries place on gig workers.
