Health Guru, Mickey Mehta trains the "House Help" to become a "Primary Yoga Expert"

India’s Leading Holistic Health Guru Mickey Mehta joined hands with SMILE NGO to change the lives of Mumbai’s domestic help and provide them with an alternative to a healthier future. For the last nine months India’s wellness coach has personally been training the 10 women belonging to the NGO. This activity is a part of Mickey’s CSR initiative- ‘Heal the World’.  Mrs. Rajashree Birla obliged the Energetic 10 as she awarded them with a certificate of completion at Mickey Mehta’s 360° Gym (Babulnath).

 

For the last nine months, these young women were personally attended to and trained by Mickey Mehta himself. The training encompassed of basic yoga techniques, meditation and breathing practices and psychological training. Self help books and tutorials were provided to the Energetic 10 in order to make them understand the meaning of confidence and enable them to become self sufficient and bread winners for their family.
