HT Media group announces key leadership transitions to drive sustained growth

In a strategic maneuver geared towards fortifying its operational frameworks and cultivating internal talent, HT Media Group has announced substantial leadership transitions within its hierarchy

Rajeev Beotra, Executive Director of HT Media Group, expressed confidence in the restructuring, stating, "These leadership changes reflect HT Media Group’s commitment to sustainable growth and market leadership through continuous innovation."

Ahijit Dutta, the current National Circulation Head for the Print Business, with 19 years of dedicated service to the Group, will be transitioning to a new role after holding pivotal positions including National Sales Head at Mint and Hindustan. His vast experience spanning 38 years in retail and media sectors positions him as a valuable asset for the organization.

Indra Narayan Das, stepping into the role of National Circulation Head, succeeding Ahijit Dutt, brings over 19 years of diverse industry experience, having served in leadership roles at prominent companies like Samsung and Johnson & Johnson.

Swati Sharda will take over from Indra Narayan Das as CRO for the North 2 & East regions, showcasing her versatile expertise in sales, marketing, and operations. She brings nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare and media, and specializes in sales, marketing, solutions, circulation, PR, and operations. She has worked with Fortis Healthcare, Nova Medical, and the NSDC.

Vijay Nair takes over from Swati Sharda as Head of Events. He is currently VP & Head of Marketing at Shine.com but will be leading the Events division, leveraging his extensive leadership experience acquired from renowned companies like Walt Disney and National Geographic.

Jaideep Dahiya's promotion to CRO for the West region underscores his impressive track record of over 25 years across FMCG and IT sectors, bringing a wealth of expertise in sales and business management to his new role.

Roopali Dhawan, who has amassed valuable experience from her tenure at organizations such as Bennett and Coleman and Bloomberg UTV, will spearhead the Ad Operations division, leveraging her rich background in media.
