ICICI Securities appoints Pratik Loonker as head of institutional syndication

 ICICI Securities, India’s leading investment banking firm, today announced the appointment of Mr. Pratik Loonker as the Head of Institutional syndication of the organisation.

A seasoned professional with over two decades of rich industry experience in the financial services industry, Mr. Loonker joins ISec from Investec India, where he served as the Director of Equity Capital Markets (ECM). In the past, he has worked with Deutsche Bank, JM Morgan Stanley, and has also donned the entrepreneurial hat as the founder of Traansport.com, a SaaS and fintech platform aimed at solving the unsecured loan demand of the Indian road-freight sector.
