India bags 12 more shortlists at Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity 2022

India has bagged 12 more shortlists in two categories at Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity 2022 - Radio & Audio and Health & Wellness categories. This takes India's shortlist tally to 17 at the festival so far this year. 

'The Unfiltered History Tour’, created by Dentsu Creative Gurgaon, has got shortlisted in seven sub-categories under the Radio & Audio Lions. The campaign will be fighting for the coveted Lions in Media/ Entertainment, Use of Radio or Audio as a Medium, Branded Content/Podcasts, Audio-led Creativity, Cultural Insight, Corporate Purpose & Social Responsibility, and Market Disruption categories. India had sent a total of 17 entries for the Radio & Audio Lions. 

Dentsu Webchutney is the only Indian agency to get seven shortlists in the Radio & Audio category. 

The next five shortlists came in the Health & Wellness Lions category, which was also the most popular among the Indian contingent with 92 entries. 

VMLY&R has fetched a shortlist for Maxx Flash campaign ‘The Killer Pack’ and the other one for Unipads’ ‘Adeli’ campaign in this category. Leo Burnett has secured two shortlists for the ‘Missing Chapter’ campaign done for P&G Whisper. DDB Mudra has got a shortlist for Battlegrounds Mobile India’s campaign - ‘Machine-gun Mouth’.

There were no Indian shortlists in the Pharma, Outdoor, and Print & Publishing.
