INS issues disaccreditation notice to RK Swamy BBDO, Crayons, 35 agencies for unpaid dues

The Indian Newspaper Society (INS) has served Notice of Disaccreditation to 37 ad agencies w.e.f. January 22, 2021, in view of unsatisfactory payment position and for not complying with the Accreditation Rules.

INS has asked its member publications to take note of the above position and advised them not to accord credit facility to the above mentioned agencies during the period of notice, while making all efforts to realise their unpaid dues. INS members were cautioned that they would accept advertisements released by the above mentioned agencies on credit basis only at their own risk and that the Society would not be able to help in monitoring or recovering such dues. Members have also been advised to be alert to the possibility that the advertisements released by the above agencies might be routed through other accredited agencies.
